SOLVING CONVEYING PROBLEMS

Cement
Problem: Break this cement company's unloading time barrier.
Solution: Designed and installed an in-plant system that moves cement from covered hopper cars to storage and from storage to mixer at a rate of one million pounds per day. A separate system for pneumatic trailers to a 70 foot high silo moves 150,000 pounds per hour using 60 horsepower.
Results: Customer increased production dramatically.

Coffee
Problem: How to move up to one million pounds of beans a day with a 30 month payout?
Solution: A custom designed vacuum system was installed that handled 72,000 pounds per hour to transfer in-plant and 90,000 pounds per hour to unload truck trailors. This represented a 20% increase over specifications.
Results: Customer experienced a payout in less than the required 30 months.
